Properties:

BMI is light brilliant yellow powder.it is soluble in dioxane, tetrahyudro furan and hot acetone,and insoluble in petroleum ether,chloroform,benzene and water.

Application:

This product can be high and low temperature(-200~260℃)under the given material outstanding mechanical properties,high electrical insulation,wear resistance,anti-aging and anti-chemical corrosion,anti-radiation,high vacuum in the difficult and volatile excellent adhesion,moisture resistance and oil-free self-lubricating,and is the variety of polymer materials and new rubber modifier of excellent,but also other polymers,as cross-linking agent,coupling agent and curing agent.

Especially in recent years,as the heat-resistance modifier,which is batch used in the anaerobic adhesive and also reflects the excellent performance.

The BMI are widely used in aviation,aerospace structural materials,carbon fiber high temperature resistance structures,high-grade printing circuit board and other functional material as manufacturing heat-resistance structure material and the Hor F electrical insulating materials and a kind of ideal resin matrix; then the BMI is used in many fields of high and new technology,such as the motor insulation resistance to high temperature varnish(solvent and no solvent).wire coating,laminated board,knitting belt,mica tape,electronic copper clad,molded plastic,epoxy modified F~H class powder coating,casting parts;reinforced plastic agent,new rubber vulcanizing agent;diamond grinding wheel wear resistance material,magnetic materials,etc.
