Application:

The product uses for natural gum and various kinds of rubber alloy,it is a reactive heat aging,media extraction,no migration of contamination of the antioxidant.because the maleimide system can accept free-radical to open double linkage during vulcanization.it forms into horizontal linkage to come into being cross linking with rubber.it has inextractable antiager effect and horizontal linkage for thermal oxidation has excellent stability;

Maleimide’s N location substituent derivative can be used as vulcanizing agent.if it adds superpoxide produce free radical during vulcanization, then it causes glycerol polymerization come into being cross linking,like this forms the macro-molecule is not easy to extract.because the product has oil proof and thermal ageing proof inextractable feature.the MC can replace to the imported antiager 445 and the NAPM(high-end heat-resistance rubber stabilizer).now it is used in high temperature resistance conveyor belt(EPDM),high temperature resistant oil packer rubber(NBR) used in areas such as product batch;
